Wouter Florizoone graduated in 2000 as an environmental engineer and human ecologist. He has a passion for cycling, travelling and local climate action. After studying and working as a project and business development manager in Barcelona, Madrid, Brussels and Vilvoorde he came back to Leuven to coordinate the climate neutral roadmap towards 2040 in cooperation with the vice-governor of the province of Flemish Brabant. As an independent advisor, living idea factory and prolific facilitator, he is involved in different (inter)national sustainability projects combining cleantech opportunities in urban mobility, renewable energy and circular economy.
