Toon Janssens was the manager of the legendary dance club SILO in Leuven. Problems started when a new tenant arrived in the apartment above the club. He constantly called the police with complaints about noise. When the lease contract for the club had to be renewed, it soon became clear that it was game over for SILO. Toon, who also runs a DJ booking agency with Kazz, was forced to switch gear and had to start from scratch.
