Linde is dedicated to passionately build a better world, by launching initiatives, connecting the dots and connecting people.

Linde studied business engineering at the KULeuven and for a few years worked on strategic data analysis projects for Hewlett-Packard abroad, both in Switzerland and in Singapore. In the meantime she launched a campaign for cycle safety in Leuven, as well as a 10-day innovative campaign for organ donation, leading to almost 1400 new organ donors in Belgium. After a few years at HP she decided to quit her job to learn to code, to be able to turn more ideas into reality. She ended up working as a back-end web developer for startups for a few years, and started teaching entrepreneurs to code. She has always been deeply interested in personal growth and how people cope with change.

Today, Linde combines her interests and experience in the exciting space of digital transformation, helping organisations (re)invent themselves from a holistic perspective, to become future-ready. This includes a digital component: transforming towards a more purpose- and value-driven organisation, to ecosystem thinking, innovating in co-creation with customers and partners, using technology to create value and fulfil the purpose, towards a lean & agile and more data-minded organisation. Equally important, this includes changing the way people work together, and transforming towards a more authentic and conscious 'teal' organisation, where people work in self-managing teams and bring all of who they are to work. Therefore, also personal growth and consciousness are a key aspect of future-ready organisations. Linde works on these projects through Hifluence, a teal company bridging the digital and the human side of transformation.

In her free time, Linde advises startups and helps entrepreneurs achieve their goals, by holding a mirror and connecting them to the relevant people, organisations, ideas or new perspectives.

As co-organisor of Data Science Leuven, she also builds a community around data in Leuven. Currently she focuses on the Leuven Smart City & Open Data track, bringing people together to make Leuven a better city through data.
