Dr. Dimitri De Jonghe is a full-stack blockchain developer with a passion for public utility networks. After finishing his PhD, he co-founded ascribe for intellectual property on the blockchain and worked as application director in BigchainDB, merging big data with blockchain. Currently, Dimitri is researcher with the Ocean Protocol on public data service protocols. He is also a co-chair of the W3C Interledger community, a blockchain interoperability protocol.
